In my five years of working alongside Paddie Murphy (PLMCS) to date, I have found it a delight to be able to work together with Paddie. We set up the West Midlands Health Technologies Cluster together in 2020-21 and we have continued to work together in several roles since then. I have often witnessed personally the amazing amount of research and preparation that Paddie employs in every project she engages with. I know I can always rely on the knowledge, skill and networking that Paddie brings to bear every time. I have been working with Paddie on the rollout of the Oliver McGowan Training on Learning Disabilities and Autism since Autumn 2023. We’ve worked together on the development and implementation of systems and processes to scale up delivery of the training from a few hundred to over 20,000 people in the Birmingham and Solihull area. Paddie is knowledgeable, professional and a good colleague but she is also good fun to work with too which is very important on a project like this which is challenging, pressured and with a lot of moving parts!
